To ensure your financial security, we offer three payment options on our PGx Test Requisition Form, which can be downloaded below. These options do not require us to store your bank or card information. On the day of sample collection, you can choose to pay via:
1. Trials Genetics PayID
2. BSB and Account Number
3. Square Terminal (please note that this option incurs a 1.6% charge)

If you are interested in taking the PGx test, please download and complete the PGx test requisition form by clicking below. Submit this form to the Trials Genetics team on the day of your sample collection or beforehand. This ensures a smooth and efficient testing process.
We use saliva samples for PGx testing. Two swabs are used to collect the saliva sample effectively.
You have the option to pay securely via PayPal by visiting the ‘Ordering The PGx Test‘ section on our website. Alternatively, you can complete the payment on the day of sample collection by providing your Visa, Debit, or MasterCard details on the Requisition Form.
Currently, PGx testing is not covered by Medicare.
To ensure accurate sample collection, please refrain from consuming any food or drinks at least 30 minutes before your appointment.
No, for the convenience and comfort of our clients, we offer free sample collection at no additional cost. You do not have to pay anything extra for sample collection, as it is included in the test cost.
No, legally we cannot send the report directly to you. However, we can email your report to the medical professional who referred you for the testing, and they can then forward it to you. Alternatively, if your referring medical professional emails us with a request to send the report to you, we can then email it to you directly.
